fontgarden.com - Lots and lots of fonts. They also have dingbats and great handrwriting fonts

Exljbris- Great high quality free fonts

Kuler - It's always fun to play with pretty colors

colourlovers.com - More colors, patterns, swatches and such

Veer - Photography, design, and illustration. Fun stuff all around. They also have great backgrounds.

designmuseum.org - A library full of design artists of all kinds. Take a look around there are some great projects.

Vecteezy - Free stock vectors. A lot of neat things, they also have brushes for illustrator.
